- YogaLife is not liable for any injuries sustained during classes or activities
Payment and Refunds
Payment terms and refund policies:
- All fees are due at the time of registration unless otherwise specified
- Memberships are non-transferable
- Refunds are subject to our refund policy (available upon request)
- We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services
Intellectual Property
All content, including but not limited to text, images, videos, logos, and trademarks, are the property of YogaLife or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit permission.
Cancellation Policy
Class cancellations and membership terminations are subject to the following:
- Class reservations must be cancelled at least 12 hours in advance
- Membership cancellations require 30 days written notice
- YogaLife reserves the right to cancel classes due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, YogaLife shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
